We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join the Engineering team and help build the company’s cloud cybersecurity solution for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and develop test cases leveraging deep understanding of the business and technical requirements of Upstream’s platform and solutions
- Continuously collaborate with our engineering teams to identify and resolve problems found during testing
- Partner with product management teams, architects, deployment engineers and software engineers
- Maintain high execution standards while aligning with project objectives and consistently delivering exceptional quality
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a QA Engineer
- Proven experience with client-server API testing
- Proven experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans
- Ability to research and resolve technical issues
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Highly organized and able to consistently deliver excellent quality on a timely manner
- Excellent English communication capabilities (verbal and writing)
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright or any similar tool
- Experience with SQL and relational databases – an advantage
- Practical knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities – an advantage
