We’re seeking an experienced developer proficient in Rust and blockchain technologies to join our innovative team. In this central role, you’ll design high-performance systems optimized for low latency and scalability through AI-driven innovation, significantly impacting a fairer, more efficient blockchain ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services in Rust, focusing on ultra-low latency and high throughput.
- Architect and implement innovative off-chain protocols that revolutionize the EVM execution engine and enable ultra-parallelized block generation.
- Lead a small team of developers and support them in meeting project goals.
- Collaborate with researchers and the community to integrate AI-driven solutions and cutting-edge approaches.
- Optimize system performance through advanced coding practices and low-level programming techniques.
- Influence critical decisions and drive impactful results through your expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in backend development focusing on high-performance, low-latency systems.
- Expertise in Rust; familiarity with Go and C++ is a plus.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum.
- Proficiency in Python for research and tooling.
- Experience with blockchain development tools such as revm, reth, geth, Remix, etc.
- Experience leading a small team of developers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing innovative protocols and off-chain solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and high-performance systems.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in system optimization.
