InvestaX is a SaaS that enables the issuance, trading, and custody of security tokens for private market assets. We have been granted a Capital Markets Services and Recognized Market Operator license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to deal in and operate an organised market for securities, respectively.
Before its market launch, we partnered with InvestaX to enhance and expand its technical architecture, preparing for the release and infusing our expertise across various collateral subjects. Alex Cucer assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer, leading our involvement. Our active engagement extended to the startup’s strategic decision-making. With our executive leadership, comprehensive ecosystem, and a skilled team of project managers, developers, designers, we played a consistent role in driving the growth and prosperity of InvestaX
